Bringing multiple critical production cells under one roof requires a quality system that is both reliable and fully integrated. At TTT-auto, we place great importance on building and maintaining structured quality processes that support every stage of manufacturing. From raw material intake to final shipment, we treat quality not as a separate function, but as an integral part of how we develop, produce, and validate our products, ranging from Complete Brake Calipers, Caliper Repair Kits & Fifth Wheel Repair Kits.
We approach manufacturing with a clear principle: materials and processes are selected to meet the same performance expectations defined for original components. Across all product groups, OEM-equivalent raw materials are used to ensure consistency in strength, wear resistance, and long-term durability. For forged parts and rod materials, high-grade steel qualities commonly applied in OEM production are carefully selected.
All casting components are manufactured in our own foundry using GGG60 ductile iron. Material composition, spheroidization, and process parameters are tightly controlled to achieve the required metallographic structure and mechanical properties. This disciplined, process-driven approach allows us to deliver stable mechanical strength and reliable long-term performance.
To support consistent quality, we invest continuously in advanced manufacturing technologies and modern production systems sourced from Japan, Korea, and Germany, enabling stable and controlled processes.
Full traceability is ensured through ERP and MES systems, allowing materials, processes, and inspection data to be monitored throughout production. Together, these technologies form a key part of our quality strategy and support reliable, repeatable manufacturing results.
We structure our quality control system into four clearly defined stages, each focused on a specific phase of production. By applying Incoming, In-Process, Final, and Outgoing Quality Control, we systematically verify material quality, process stability, and product conformity in a controlled and traceable manner.
We carry out Incoming Quality Control on all raw and auxiliary materials entering production in line with our control plans, technical specifications, and ISO 9001 sampling requirements.
We verify material quality through chemical composition analysis, microstructure inspection, and hardness testing on cast, forged, and steel components. For GGG60 ductile iron castings, we inspect spheroidization rate as well as ferrite and pearlite ratios to ensure the required mechanical properties.
Dimensional inspections are performed according to technical drawings, and all results are recorded for full traceability. In addition, we reinforce inspections 3D laser scanning technology as well as CMM device, enabling detailed comparison with OEM reference parts.
We perform In-Process Quality Control throughout production to ensure process stability and consistent product quality. Inspections are carried out in defined stages, including initial approval, intermediate checks, and final in-process verification.
We apply product-specific control plans in real time using MES-TEC software, enabling continuous monitoring and standardized inspection intervals. During production, we utilize inspection methods such as 3D laser scanning, CMM inspection, optical measurement systems, surface roughness, and hardness testing.
All produced caliper carriers are subjected to 100% optical inspection, where critical features such as hole center positions are verified to ensure full conformity. In addition, all complete calipers undergo 100% functional testing on our self-developed test benches, which simulate real vehicle assembly conditions to confirm performance and reliability.
We perform Final Quality Control after production is completed to confirm that products meet all defined technical and quality requirements. Dimensional, visual specifications, and technical drawings checks are carried out.
Outgoing Quality Control is the final inspection stage carried out before shipment. During this process, product identification is verified, and measures are taken to ensure that product integrity is maintained throughout handling, transportation, and shipment. Labeling, packaging, and palletizing activities are systematically inspected to ensure safe and reliable logistics operations.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949, demonstrating our commitment to consistent product quality, environmental responsibility, and occupational health and safety while meeting the highest standards of the global automotive industry. We also have the EAC certificate.
Through these certifications, we continuously strengthen our quality infrastructure and ensure that our manufacturing processes remain fully aligned with international automotive quality standards.
