As TTT OTOMOTİV A.S., in our automotive spare parts manufacturing activities, we adopt as a fundamental principle the provision of reliable and sustainable products that fully meet customer expectations and ensure product safety. We consider product safety to be a critical responsibility, just as important as customer satisfaction and legal compliance, and we systematically manage it at every stage from product design and production processes to storage, shipment, and after-sales activities.
In line with this approach, we address our responsibilities in the areas of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and product safety with a holistic perspective. We effectively implement, continuously improve, and ensure the sustainability of our Integrated Management System covering ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
While conducting our activities, we aim to continuously increase customer satisfaction by considering the current and future needs of our customers and all relevant stakeholders. Through our product safety-focused approach, we ensure product and process quality, identify product safety-related special characteristics, potential risks, and critical processes, and keep them under effective control. We apply risk-based approaches that focus on preventing errors before they occur and adopt a philosophy of continuous improvement across all our processes.
In all our activities, we regard full compliance with applicable legal regulations, customer-specific requirements, and relevant standards as a primary responsibility. We clearly define the duties, authorities, and responsibilities related to product safety and ensure that employees involved in these areas possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies. At the same time, we conduct regular training to increase our employees’ awareness of product safety and support consultation and participation mechanisms.
The health and safety of our employees is one of our fundamental values. Therefore, we aim to eliminate occupational health and safety risks or reduce them to acceptable levels and implement all necessary practices to establish safe and healthy working conditions. In addition, we contribute to environmental protection by keeping our environmental impacts under control and take necessary measures to prevent pollution and ensure the efficient use of natural resources.
Our fundamental approach is to ensure that any nonconformity, suspicious situation, or potential risk related to product safety is reported without delay and handled effectively. We manage changes that may affect product safety in a controlled manner, inform relevant parties when necessary, and effectively implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce risks.
Through a risk- and opportunity-based thinking approach, we regularly monitor and improve the performance of all our processes. We also consider our suppliers and outsourced processes as an integral part of our system and aim to establish a strong and reliable supply chain that complies with product safety, quality, and sustainability requirements.
We conduct all our activities in accordance with ethical principles and with a transparent and honest management approach. We commit to regularly measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of our Integrated Management System and continuously improving it to enhance system performance.
